What is the EcoSense Eval Pool Policy?

What is the Eval Pool:
The EcoSense Eval Pool is a program that allows customers to experience and evaluate EcoSense products for 60 days at no cost. The Eval Pool includes TROV and RISE. Products are delivered quickly and are easily installed into any mockup or project demo. Customers can appraise the quality of light and trial various beam angles in their actual project application for quick evaluation and smart decision making.

What is the EcoSense Credit RMA Policy?

Return Authorization Process for Credit RMAs

The following guidelines will apply to all Credit RMAs:

  • Credit RMAs are subject to a 40% Restocking Fee
  • Credit RMA Requests only considered within 90 of invoice date
  • Customer has 30 days to return from the day the RMA is issued from EcoSense
  • After 30 days the RMA will be cancelled
  • Customer is responsible for return freight

Do your fixtures use remote drivers, if so how many do I need?

Our fixtures do not use remote drivers, the drivers are integrated into the fixtures. No remote drivers are needed.

How can I dim your fixtures?

Our fixtures require an electronic low voltage (ELV) (reverse phase trailing edge) dimmer, or when dimming a 0-10V product a Linear Dimming Control Module (LDCM) is needed. Please view our TROV Dimmer Compatibility Chart and RISE Dimmer Compatibility Chart for product specific details.

What is the standard warranty?

We offer a 5 year warranty on our fixtures and a 1 year warranty on accessories. Please see our EcoSense Lighting Product Warranty for more details.

Linear Product Inquiries

Can the fixtures be wired together directly or do they require jumpers?

EcoSense linear fixtures have connectors built into each end and can plug into each other. Jumpers are not required but are available when distance between joins is needed.

Are your linear products available with 277V dimming?

All of our linear products are dimmable at 277V except Slim Cove which is not dimmable and does not currently come in 277V.

How low can the linear fixtures be dimmed?

All of our linear products can be dimmed down smoothly and flicker free to 0% (except our new Slim Cove).

Does the Linear Dimming Control Module (LDCM) need to be used for 0% dimming?

An LDCM is not needed for 0% dimming. The majority of our fixtures have integral drivers that can dim down to 0% with a standard ELV dimmer. The LDCM is a module that converts 0-10V to ELV and is only necessary when 0-10V dimming is needed.

Can previous generations of 277V linear products be dimmed using Linear Dimming Control Module (LDCM)?

The previous generation of 277V products are not dimmable and the LDCM will not be able to dim them. The previous generation of 277V products include the 04LC, 05LC, 09LC, 10LC, 11LC linear products.

Is 0-10V dimming available?

Yes, by using our new dimming module, LDCM-120-277-010V-GR, at the beginning of each run we can convert a 0-10V signal to dim the ELV fixtures.

How many leader cables do I need?

You will need a minimum of (1) leader cable per run, or (1) per maximum run length of fixture being installed. Please refer to spec sheets for maximum run information as it varies by fixture type and voltage.

If I need a 10’ ft. jumper cable can I connect (2) 5’ ft. jumpers together?

Yes, you can connect 2 or more jumper cables together to obtain a longer length.
